Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
This Consent is a separate, standalone document and governs the relationship between the Operator and the Subject of personal data regarding the processing of personal data for the purposes expressly specified in this document.
- General provisions
1.1. The user of the website https://contspace.ru/ (hereinafter — the Website), acting freely, of their own free will and in their own interest, and in accordance with Article 9 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", gives their separate consent to the Operator for the processing of their personal data.

- List of personal data for which consent is given
The User gives consent to the processing of the following personal data that they provided when filling out forms on the Website, as well as data that is transmitted automatically:
– General personal data: surname, first name, patronymic (if available); contact phone number; email address.
– Automatically transmitted data: IP address; information about the user's browser and device; cookie files (information about visits, pages viewed, transitions and clicks); date and time of access to the Website.
- Purposes of processing personal data
The processing of the User's personal data is carried out for the following purposes:

- List of actions with personal data and processing methods
4.1. The User gives consent to the Operator performing the following actions with their personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, as well as transfer (provision, access) to third parties engaged by the Operator to achieve the purposes specified in section 3 (for example, hosting providers, CRM systems, web analytics services), provided that such persons ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data.
4.2. The processing of personal data is carried out both using automation tools and without their use (on paper media).
4.3. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data. The collection, recording, systematization, accumulation and storage of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
- Term of validity of the Consent and procedure for its withdrawal
5.1. This Consent is valid from the moment of its confirmation by the User (by checking the box) until its withdrawal by the User or until the expiration of the term established by paragraph 5.2.
5.2. The storage period for personal data processed for the purposes specified in section 3 is 3 (Three) years from the moment of the last interaction of the User with the Operator, unless a different period is provided by contract or legislation.
5.3. The User has the right to withdraw their Consent at any time by sending a written notification to the Operator in one of the following ways:

– through the feedback form on the Website (in the "Contacts" section).
5.4. In case of withdrawal of the Consent, the Operator is obliged to stop processing the User's personal data and destroy them within the period established by legislation (no more than 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal), except in cases when the Operator has the right to continue processing without the User's consent on the grounds provided by law.
- Final provisions
6.1. The User gives this Consent by performing an active action — checking the box (tick) in a specially designated field on the Website. A pre-set mark (a pre-checked box) is not allowed.
6.2. This Consent is a separate document. It must be requested separately from other types of consents (for example, separately from consent to receive marketing communications). The fact of giving consent is recorded by the Operator indicating the date, time and IP address of the User.
6.3. The User confirms that they have read the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the Website at: https://contspace.ru/policy, and accepts its terms.
6.4. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Consent. The new edition of the Consent comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Website at: https://contspace.ru/consent.
